This cohort has 20 seats.All three parts of your application (yours, your educator's and your school representative's) must be in by close of business on Thursday, October 8, 2026. The course syllabus will be posted on the Partnership for Career Development website before the course starts on October 22.
How this application works
  1. You fill out the student self-reflection below. It takes about 15 minutes. Submit it only once. You'll see a confirmation screen when it goes through.
  2. You need two different school representatives. Each one fills out their own form. When you submit, you get a separate link for each of them.
  3. Send each person their link. You can copy it, open Gmail, or copy a ready-made message. The program team also gets the links so they can follow up.

Your two school representatives

Every applicant needs two different people from your school. Each one completes a separate form about you. One person can't fill out both, so enter two different names and two different email addresses. Ask them first if you can.

Representative 1: an educator

A teacher, coach or counselor who knows you well.

Representative 2: a school coordinator

Your transition coordinator, career coordinator, school counselor or co-op coordinator. Must be a different person from Representative 1.

College credit

This cohort includes an option to earn college credit: 3 credits from Shippensburg University and 2 credits from HACC. The credits come from an aligned 8-module hybrid course on Moodle. If you opt in now, you can still opt out later.
